EVENT INFORMATION AND SCHEDULE

This event will take place on a virtual fair platform called Eventus this April 29 & 30 between 10:00 AM Pacific Time and 03:00 PM Pacific Time on each day.  

Engage with our students and alumni in two different ways:

1-ON-1 SESSIONS: Enjoy 15-minute private conversations using the built-in video-chat feature at your digital booth.

GROUP SESSIONS: Connect with students in a group setting by using your own video conferencing tool 
(e.g. Zoom, MS Teams). Registration for your group sessions will be handled at your digital booth on our virtual fair platform.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Exhibitor and sponsor registration will open on Dec 12.

Payment will be collected at time of registration by credit card or Paypal. If you prefer to pay by cheque or wire transfer, please contact us at info@westcoastvirtualfairs.com for special instructions prior to completing the online registration form with "Alternate Payment" in subject.
