EVENT INFORMATION AND SCHEDULE
This event will take place on a virtual fair platform called Eventus on Thursday, February 12, 2026 between 10:00 AM and 04:00 PM Pacific Time on each day.
Engage with our students and alumni in two different ways:
1-ON-1 SESSIONS: Enjoy 10-minute private conversations using the built-in video-chat feature at your digital booth.
GROUP SESSIONS: Connect with students in a group setting by using your own video conferencing tool
(e.g. Zoom, MS Teams). Registration for your group sessions will be handled at your digital booth on our virtual fair platform.

Exhibition package option and pricing are determined by the type and size of your organization:

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
We are now accepting exhibitor registration! Payment will be collected at time of registration by credit card or Paypal. If you prefer to pay by cheque or wire transfer, please contact us at info@westcoastvirtualfairs.com for special instructions prior to completing the online registration form with "Alternate Payment" in subject.
