Eventbrite registration opens.

Tuesday August 31st, 2021.

Early bird deadline for exhibitors.

Friday September 3rd, 2021.

Refund deadline for exhibition package and deadline for exhibitor registration.

Monday September 7th, 2021.

Platform opens to exhibitors.

Tuesday September 14th, 2021.

Exhibitor training / orientation session.
10:00 -11:00 AM PDT via Zoom.

Wednesday September 22nd, 2021.

Recommended deadline to set up booths on Eventus (virtual event platform).
Otherwise, set up your booth as soon as you can.

Monday September 27th, 2021.

Students invited to begin setting up appointments with exhibitors on Eventus (virtual event platform).

Tuesday October 5th, 2021

10:30am - 11:30am PST.

Exhibitor Welcome Session (10:15-10:30am) and Live Support Session (10:30-11:30am).
